Emergency Medical Services (EMS)

Emergency Medical Services is a campus-based emergency medical provider that responds to emergencies on the Texas A&M campus. Texas A&M University EMS offers its services to all students, faculty, staff, and visitors on the Texas A&M campus and community.
Emergency Medical Services Billing
For any claim, EMS will require a signed HIPAA statement and Authorization to Charge form if one was not signed at time of service. Please go to https://ems.tamu.edu/billing/ for more information and link to HIPAA statement and Authorization to Charge form.
Emergency Medical Services Records
Release
EMS medical records cannot be released without prior authorization from the patient or their legal guardian. If you would like to obtain a copy of your medical record, please go to https://ems.tamu.edu/billing/.
Dental Care
School of Dentistry
Only you or your personal representative has the right to access your dental records. A health care provider may send copies of your records to another provider only as needed for treatment or payment unless you have provided prior authorization. To request copies of your dental records or to get more information, please call the Clinical Affairs Office at (214) 828-8217 or send an email to [email protected].
Family Care, Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, and Tele-Behavioral Care

A health care provider may send copies of your records to another provider only as needed for treatment or payment unless you have provided prior authorization. Current patients can obtain online access to a Patient Portal for immediate and limited medical record information. If you would like to access the Patient Portal, please go to https://mycw134.ecwcloud.com/portal18709/jsp/100mp/login_otp.jsp. To request copies of your medical records or to get more information, please call the Medical Records Department at (979) 436-0447.
Patients can access the following information within the Patient Portal:
- Current Medication List
- Lab Results
- Recent Referral
- Billing Statements
- Appointments
- Visit & Chart Summaries
- Growth Chart
- Immunizations
- Selected patient documents and trackers (i.e. pedometer or glucometer)
